Townhouse for Sale! We're Moving to a House!
We are selling our townhouse! Just thought I'd post some pics in case anyone knows someone that is looking in Orem. We are asking $274,000. It's 2106 sq feet with a finished basement, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and also a half bath. It is an end unit which is also nice. Knotty alder kitchen, tile, oversized jetted tub, bronze fixtures, 3 tone paint, we also put beadboard/wainscotting in the nursery which is an added bonus.
