It was really inspiring and set the mood as we began the month of December. I only wish I a better turn out. I went to a lot of work to make it a special night and didn't get as many people there as I had planned. But, for those that were there I think it was really appreciated.
On the tables I put wrapped packages with a picture of Christ with battery operated candles on the tables. Everything was color coordinated of course ..... :) this is the favor we wrapped up-it's a crystal ornament with a picture of the Savior and a little girl holding a candle entitled"Light of the World".
We are so blessed! From the words of President Hinckley " No Man who ever walked the Earth has touched more lives than Jesus of Nazareth. He is our Savior, our Redeemer. He is the Prince of Peace, the Holy One. We love him. We honor Him. We respect Him. We worship Him."

hi don! i haven't talked to you in forever!!! i'd love to catch up. it was fun reading your blog. i think enrichment is a great calling for you. very creative. did you get your king bed. that's on my wish list right now too. we're still in portland unti march. we were in calif. last weekend house hunting. yeah! more to come on that later.
